DT50X
Yamaha’s DT50X is your entry pass into the cool world of supermoto. Its ‘dirtbike meets roadbike’ style is built around a liquid-cooled two-stroke 50cc engine and slick six-speed manual gearbox. Focused power and predictable response make the DT50X the most enjoyable way to develop machine control skills. Supple, long-travel front suspension teamed with a high-performance rear monoshock and fat, sticky 17-inch street tyres provide excellent stability on both asphalt and the loose, and maximise comfort on longer rides. Braking is a key area for supermoto riders, so the DT50X has major stopping power: its massive 260mm front disc is gripped by a double-piston front caliper and backed up by a progressive 220mm rear disc. Digital instrumentation completes the convincing DT50X package of supermoto style and super motorcycle ability.
